Because all of my items are handmade — often made to order — I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Each flower, each element is crafted and arranged by hand. That means every piece is unique, and slight variations from the photos are normal — they’re part of the charm of true handmade work.

If you’re unsure about anything — size, color, delivery times — feel free to message me before placing your order. I’ll be happy to help you choose the right piece.

If your order arrives damaged or something’s wrong, please send me a message within 3 days of delivery, along with a few photos. I’ll take a look and do my best to find a solution.
