Processing time

All our pieces are made by hand in our studio. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, but may vary depending on the complexity of your order. Custom requests may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping options

We ship worldwide using trusted postal services and courier partners. At checkout, you’ll be able to select the most suitable shipping method for your country:

Standard International Shipping: 2–4 weeks

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your package leaves our studio.

Customs & duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packaging

I carefully wrap each item to make sure it travels safely and arrives in beautiful condition, ready for your special moment or gift-giving.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a parcel leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier — but if anything goes wrong, please message me. I’ll do my best to help track it or resolve the issue.
